About the Business

The first Plaza Suite opened its doors over four decades ago in Gravesend, and traded for over three decades. It was then managed and run by the late Christopher Thilthorpe. His son, Marcus Thilthorpe recently relaunched ThePlaza Suite as a newly refurbished hairdressing salon and we still welcome our clients from back in the day along with lots of new clientele. The salon is now stylish and vibrant, with a mixture of Art Deco & Art Nouveau décor. Our ever expanding Team of Stylists have been loyal and hardworking throughout all the changes over the years.

They have all undergone extensive Goldwell Colour training and are all happy to give free advice on any colour issues. All of the team at The Plaza Suite pride themselves on excellent client care and Marcus has managed to achieve a happy working environment for the team along with professional and affordable prices to customers. I went to the plaza suite on Friday morning to have quite a drastic hair cut, and my experience was brilliant!
