About the Business

We encourage clients to arrive 10 minutes before their treatment commences, a late arrival may mean a shortened treatment time and therefore less time to be pampered! Whilst a full consultation will be carried out by your therapist prior to any treatment beginning, it is very helpful when booking your appointment that you advise the receptionist of any medical concerns, allergies or injuries you may have. The salon is a place of relaxation. We therefore ask that clients kindly refrain from using mobile phones in the salon.

We welcome young adults over the age of 12 to experience select treatments, however we ask that they be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will sign a consent form. As a courtesy to other clients and for health and safety reasons younger children cannot accompany parents into the treatment rooms. Gift vouchers can be purchased from the salon and are valid for a six month period from date of purchase.
