My name is Penny Challis and I am a professional, fully qualified and highly experienced hair stylist. I have over 25 years experience in hairdressing and decided to start my own mobile hairdressing business in 2008. I am a fully licenced hairstylist utilising the latest cutting and colouring techniques and I offer a wide range of hairdressing services.
