About the Business

The shop was opened in 1964 by frank Jackson, who over the years built up a very successful business built on a motto of quality haircuts at a reasonable price without having to wait all day. Frank was probably best known for his love of his sports cars which included mgs Mercedes and porsche.

Martyn Abbott joined the crew in 1985 and was trained by Andrew hoy and frank and quickly gained a good reputation of being an excellent barber. Martin has developed his skills through working with some talented hair dressers and barbers who have joined and left the shop over the years.
