Birmingham, West MidlandsI booked Lisa in to do my hair (and 5 of my friends) over a month ago. However, 24 hours before she was due to come Lisa stopped replying, her phone was switched off and I still haven't heard from her! Not very impressed as not many hairdressers are open on Sunday!
